What Deuce is

It is very difficult to schedule drilling. Not finding a court, and not learning the sport: aligning schedules with specific people, repeatedly, forever. Deuce is where you add the people you already play with, say when you are free, and let a session fill itself. Every session ends with a confirmation, which builds a record of who actually turns up.

Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app: You, then Settings, then Delete account. It is immediate and permanent, and it removes your personal data rather than hiding it.

How do I report someone, or something?

Long press any message to report it, or use the menu on any profile to block or report. We act on reports within 24 hours.

I am not getting notifications.

Check the app's notification permission in your device settings, then the notification toggles in You, then Settings. If both look right and pushes still are not arriving, email us and say which kind you expected.

What is the reliability score?

After every session the players confirm it happened. Showing up raises your score and no-shows lower it. New players start neutral, so nobody begins with a bad record. It is the one number Deuce shows about a person, and it is there because it is earned, measurable, and something you can change.

Someone invited me and I do not have the app.

You can answer the invite from the link itself, without an account. Install the app afterwards if you want to keep track of it, and the session you already said yes to comes with you.

Something is broken.

Email us what you tapped and what happened. Screenshots help a lot. Deuce is in beta and fixes ship quickly.

Known issues during beta

• Sound is currently off across the app while the sound set is being chosen. Haptics still fire.
• Push notifications for a raised hand reach your activity inbox but may not arrive as a push yet.
• Court data comes from OpenStreetMap and is incomplete in some areas. If your court is missing, you can add it in the app, and that is the fastest way to fix it.
